Your booking enquiry
When you submit a request, MyoSenz collects your name, email, intended use and consent. You may also provide a phone number, organisation and message. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health information.
How information is used
Your information is stored to handle your request, discuss product suitability, and communicate about pricing and availability. The form does not take payment or confirm an order. Enquiry data is stored in our database and sent to the MyoSenz team’s email inbox to respond to your request. It is not displayed publicly.
Site services
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting, enquiry storage and email delivery, and Google Gmail to receive enquiry notifications. No advertising trackers or marketing analytics are added by this website. Images and other site assets are served with the site. The hosting provider may process operational request data to deliver and protect the service.
Questions and changes
To ask about your enquiry, correct contact details or request deletion, email myosenzai@gmail.com or use the “Get in touch” form on the homepage, and include your booking reference if available. Do not include confidential records. Providing contact details for a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
